The Kastello.Project is an idea that we have been working on and implementing for the past few years. An idea that started from our need to return to our roots and contribute, in our own way, to the development and promotion of our place of origin, Kastellos, Apokoronas at Chania Crete Greece. Having traveled extensively, in Greece and abroad, having met different places, people and cultures and having seen firsthand the way in which many regions utilize and highlight their special identity, we returned with a different perspective on our own place. In Kastello, we found something that has always existed, but perhaps we had not fully realized its value: the authenticity, tradition, land, products, stories and people of our place.
